H2O-CH technology is unique as there is no alternative solution in the market. It solves the conversion problems (retrofit solution) of existing CR diesel engines to diesel and alkane gas dual-fuel or only alkane gas fuel engines.
The invention relates to systems enabling use of gas, in particular alkane gases or mixtures thereof, such as LPG, CNG, LNG and the respective bio equivalents – Bio-LPG, Bio-CNG and Bio-LNG, in diesel CR engines.
The novelty and the invention step is in method and technology (including processes, SW and HW solutions as well as equipment) how to retrofit CR diesel engines, so the fuel mix (diesel plus alkane gas) can be burned simultaneously in the engine’s combustions chamber.
Applications for all type of CR diesel engines with engine displacement up to 18 liters are built based on patented technology “GAS ULTRASONIC TRANSDUCER SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A DIESEL COMMON-RAIL ENGINE” (H2O-CH technology). Patent applications in national phases have been submitted in more than 80 countries WW, including EU, USA, Canada, China, India, Indonesia, South American countries etc.
Patents granted: Eurasian patent Nr.044741 from Sept. 27.2023, United States patent No. 11 808 236 from Nov.7.2023 etc.
